Below are links to our credit applications. One of the applications is for a home only purchase and land in lieu of down payment. The other link is to one of our land and home lenders. These lenders do not have to be used in the purchase of your home, but are what we have available to help you. You can choose whatever lenders you would like to do your loan. You are able to use your own if you have one available. We just supply these as a courtesy if you do not have one. Please fill the application out as much as you can.
